Why do you charge per user instead of a flat company-wide rate?

Per-user pricing scales fairly with your business — you're not overpaying when you're small, and costs stay predictable as you grow. It's also the clearest way to compare our pricing to any other quote you've received.

What happens if I add or remove employees mid-month?

Your rate adjusts to reflect your actual user count going forward. We true up seat counts each billing cycle, so you're never paying for licenses you don't need or scrambling to cover new hires.

Are there any hidden fees or surprise charges?

No. Your flat monthly rate covers unlimited helpdesk support, 24/7 monitoring, patching, and after-hours emergencies. The only additional costs are optional à la carte items you explicitly choose, like new hardware or VoIP.

What's the minimum contract length?

We don't lock clients into long-term contracts. If HarborMSP isn't earning your business every month, we don't think we deserve to keep it.

Do owners, contractors, or shared accounts count as a "user"?

Generally, a user is anyone with a company email address, workstation, or login that needs support and security coverage. We'll walk through your exact headcount during your free assessment so there are no surprises.

How does the price-match guarantee work?
